I'm Megan, a Registered Art Therapist (ATR-P), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), and Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC). I combine creative expression with talk therapy modalities to help you foster emotional healing and mental wellness through introspective art and personal insight.

I work with ages 10+ and specialize in : complex trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and women's issues related to various stages in life.

Talk therapy offers a safe and supportive environment where you can discuss thoughts, feelings, and challenges, facilitating deeper understanding and personal growth.
Combining art and talk therapies allows for a holistic approach tailored to your individual needs, leading to profound insights, coping strategies, and overall mental health improvement.
My approach:
My approach to therapy is person-centered, existential, and rooted in positive psychology. All that fancy language just means that I am passionate about my work and I care deeply about you as a person. I believe mental health difficulties can arise when people don't have a clear vision of their meaning and purpose in life, and I value exploring your strengths and positive traits rather than only looking at what is wrong or isn't working.
I use an eclectic blend of various therapeutic approaches to best fit your needs. This can include various techniques from CBT, DBT, ACT, Polyvagal Theory, IFS, Attachment Theory, Solution-Focused Therapy, and others.
